On February 13th 1981 38 Special released their album “Wild Eyed Southern Boys”.

This album marked the first time the band was really tasting success.

The album included hits like the title track and “Fantasy Girl”.

It also had what is probably their biggest hit “Hold On Loosely”.

That’s a song singer/guitarist Don Barnes co wrote with Jim Peterik of Survivor.
