TULSA, Okla. — An 18-year-old man was arrested after a deadly shooting at an apartment complex in east Tulsa.
Police responded to the Plaza Hills East Apartments near 21st and 129th around 2:45 a.m.
According to Tulsa Police, officers found a man in his 30s dead in the street from a gunshot wound.
TPD said the suspect, identified as Dennis Garrison, got into a fight with the victim and threatened to shoot him. Witnesses told police Garrison shot the victim as he was walking away, killing him.
Officers found and arrested Garrison in a nearby parking lot.
Garrison was booked into Tulsa County Jail for first-degree murder.
