Guitarist Mick Jones put the band Foreigner together in 1976. He decided to call the band Foreigner because 3 of the members were from England and 2 were American. Their very first album, Foreigner, came out in March of 1977 and sold more than 4 million copies in the US alone. If you love Foreigner, be on the look-out for their first-ever official biography “A Foreigner’s Tale” due to be out next year. Both of today’s Live at Five tracks are from the, Foreigner Live in 05 CD and were recorded on November 26, 2005 at Texas Station in Las Vegas.
